I had explained that I was leaving the dealership to drive to Michigan. I was assured that service would be prompt. I was instructed that I would receive a text upon completion, kept checking and gett drive to Michigan. I was assured that service would be prompt. Finally got tired off waiting and went to the front where I saw my car. The work had been completed for some time. The person that I had signed in with, was sitting at her desk joking and laughing with other representatives. When I asked about my car, and pointed to it. She shrugged and said, "my bad." I had a bad experience making an appointment where they didn't get the service I need done and just gave me an oil change. While they didn't charge me for the mistake, I still had to take some time off of didn't get the service I need done and just gave me an oil change. While they didn't charge me for the mistake, I still had to take some time off of work and reschedule. I also didn't like how for diagnostic fee it wasn't deducted from the repair fee when I came back to the dealership to get it fixed. I think that is uncommon and not great. However, most of the people I interacted in person are nice, helpful and friendly. More
