This was my first time to visit your new facility for my 6-month service. It is definitely state-of-the-art with wheel alignment testing when you first drive in. The lady at the parts counter (I don't remember her name) was also very helpful as I inquired about purchasing wheel locks for my Forester Sport. They sold me a lemon. Within 4 months of purchase I had the car in for repairs twice for a total of 4 weeks. I won't go into details as I've already reviewed their service department. I went back to the dealership to look into trading the car. In 4 months this used car had depreciated $6,000.00 dollars. Ridiculous! In order for me to replace it with an Outback that did not include the features included on my original car the cost would be $8,000.00 higher. Not only will I not buy another Subaru, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
