Subaru of Gwinnett has repeatedly helped me both when I had problems with my Subaru and when I needed normal maintenance. It was especially good dealing with Hailey Armour, my service advisor, who worked h had problems with my Subaru and when I needed normal maintenance. It was especially good dealing with Hailey Armour, my service advisor, who worked hard to express my concerns to the people servicing my car and their reports back to me. I would encourage Subaru of Gwinnett to maintain a longer history of work done on my car. I have a 2013 Subaru and find that when they moved to their new database they did not transfer over all the data records on my car's service. Many Subaru owners keep their cars more than 10 years, so a complete database from the time of purchase up to the present is necessary to know the true history of the car. More

Service was great as usual but I did not care for the waiting area which felt like a bus station waiting area. I waited in the new sales area which was more comfortable and relaxing although I was surpr waiting area which felt like a bus station waiting area.
