This is not our family’s first car from Subaru of Jacksonville. My daughter and husband both have been owners for quite a few years now. But it is my first Subaru! He is always so kind and remembers little details about our family that makes the whole experience more personable. I love the fact that he treated me as my own person, even though my husband and I both bought cars at the same time! He went over every detail of my car to make sure that I knew what all it is capable of. On one of my visits Steve was so kind to unlock cars for us to look at while Sabino was busy with another customer. He also was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information on the cars that I looked at. Great to see a team that works together and not against each other.
