Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Dave was so helpful and laid back with the whole car buying experience! He was not pushy at all and let us look thoroughly at the vehicle with no question. The team at Subaru of Jacksonville went out of their way to help us fix a mistake we made on our initial vehicle purchase. The C-HR turned out not to have the ability to have the mobility device/ramp combo to help us fix a mistake we made on our initial vehicle purchase. The C-HR turned out not to have the ability to have the mobility device/ramp combo that was intended to be installed. They took the time to check around town and find a suitable vehicle that would fill that role. They made us feel like family while never acting irritated at having to jump through all the hoops to get us in the right vehicle. We ended up in an Outback which is going to be a perfect solution for our travel needs. It doesn't hurt that the vehicle is also awesome and lots of fun to drive. From the moment we pulled up on the service line, we were greeted as if we were friends.
