After making my decision to buy the Crosstrek, Michael delivered my new car to my house, and I did all the paperwork from the comfort of my home! Wow! I can't say that has ever happened before. I found AJ, the finance manager, to be just as professional and courteous. Both are great assets for this dealership! I certainly appreciated the fact that these two wore masks as I am immune compromised. We did all the discussions outside as well as the paperwork. That was a big plus for me.
