Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. No high pressure sales techniques - just a pleasure to work with. This young man has quite a future ahead of him. AJ Miller in finance is also knowledgeable, very outgoing and quite funny. My wife and I really enjoyed our time with AJ. I'm not sure which of the Porters we worked with from the management side of things. Regardless, he was accommodating to our price points; again no high pressure techniques. The only negative was the time to take to meet with the finance area. Our wait was longer than the time it took to handle the sales process. There really should have been more finance reps available, especially for a Saturday. More

From the moment we met Juan we felt completely at ease with him. We never felt pressured and he was/is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. Not only is Juan an awesome employee but he has become a good friend of ours over the years. We have purchased 2 Subaru’s through him at Subaru of Jacksonville. To his credit, he also gave us exceptional advice when we purchased a Subaru in California for our Son. There is no other salesman we would use if we are purchasing a Subaru. Never fails but as soon as we pull up, we get swarmed by the sales people trying to earn our business. Not here. The sales team allows you to look at the cars and they offer you help without the pressure. Our salesman, Nando, was very helpful. When we offered us help, he spoke to both my husband and I. We’ve been to dealerships where they speak to one or the other. Very rarely do the salesperson speak to both of us. We knew the Model we wanted but we weren’t sure of the color. Nando allowed us to take both cars out for test drives (ones of the cars we took 2 times) without trying to rush us. He also treated my children with respect as well by offering them food and drink and speaking to them as people. I’ve been at dealerships where they ignore my kids. All in all, it was an excellent experience. Nando was great and I would recommend him to anyone. More
