He made us feel right at home. We told him we were just getting information that we wouldn’t be purchasing today. He still took his time with us and answered all our questions. Now a year later because of how wonderful everyone was and how amazing David was to work with, I just became the proud owners of a 2019 Subaru Forester Sport! I couldn’t be happier. Great dealership After 4 1/2 years of Florida heat, our battery finally gave out today, in our 2015 Outback. Call Subaru of Jacksonville and they told me to bring r After 4 1/2 years of Florida heat, our battery finally gave out today, in our 2015 Outback. Call Subaru of Jacksonville and they told me to bring right in. Less than a hour later, new battery installed. They even washed and vacuumed our car too. Outstanding customer service! More

There is no pressure or aggressive sales people here, Jerry was great and looking to give you the best car buying experience. Jerry made sure I knew everything about the car throughout the entire process and was the easiest person I’ve ever had to work with while car shopping. Outstanding I had been looking for a new 2019 Subaru Forester Limited for about two weeks. Had looked at two other dealerships, and thought I had found my vehicle I had been looking for a new 2019 Subaru Forester Limited for about two weeks. I found two 2019 Forester Limited that had all the options that I wanted. I contacted them my the internet with my interest about these two Foresters. I was put in contact with John Pitts remarkable young man with mass knowledge of the Subaru product. He was very polite, courteous, and helpful in so many different ways in answering all my Questions about the vehicles, pricing on my trade-in and pricing on out door! What is so amazing is that "John did all of the running between me and the manager on the out the door pricing at the dealership". I never stepped into there showroom till the day I purchased my 2019 Forester Limited. I want to Thank John so much for being so patient with me in throwing so many questions at him about the pricing, that I knew that he would have to go back and forth to his manager. John was so thorough in making sure that at the dealership that all went smooth in the paper work, and then taking my wife and I to the Forester and going through all the many operation of the different functions on the vehicle.
