Good Experience We drove several hours to purchase a vehicle. It was our first purchase so we had more paperwork to deal with. Mark was very patient with us even though the paperwork took quite some time to sort out. We test drove a similar vehicle at another dealership; but, Mark was definitely more informative. Even though it was late in the day after the purchase, he still made himself available to answer questions for quite some time. AJ certainly got us through the purchasing process quickly; however, as first time car buyers his description of a service contract through a third party as an extended warranty was misleading. Perhaps we should have done more research. Regardless, he was responsive when we opted to cancel the service contract. More
