I came in for routine oil change, tire rotation & multi-point inspection. I noticed at checkout on my multi-point inspection form that the rear wiper was marked as good (rather, the green circle was marked, which I assume means “good”). I mentioned to them that the rear wiper was actually not even on there... I forgot to mention that a large branch fell on my car last week and broke the rear wiper arm off. I’d been planning to ask about it at this service and forgot. So clearly that item was checked off without actually being inspected. I just hope that the other more important items were checked more thoroughly. More

I was given an extremely fair and good deal on my trade. And even when I was worried about financing, I never once felt judged or pressured. The deal was made within two hours, in and out, and it was as smooth as could be. More
