We met and instantly loved his morals/values especially with his granddaughter, as we cherish our granddaughters as well. We have even seen the owner ( you know from the commercials- "You drive a Subaru, You'll buy a Subaru") . We met him once as my husband could easily be his voice over. We have seen him pick of his employees trash from the garbage cans and interact with everyone. He is a real common man.. another good quality when looking for a reputable company. The finance man was wonderful too...I forgot his name :(. Okay Jerry,....now all you need to do is move to Texas and tell your boss he needs to build a new dealership in Tyler, Texas :) We will miss you all as we make our journey to the great State of Texas. More

As usual, as I pulled up to the express lane I was warmly greeted by Max Talbert, Express Service Advisor. My car was taken immediately into the service bay. It took no time at all to have the work done and my keys returned to me. I have always had a great experience at this dealership. At Subaru of Jacksonville, I've received nothing but the utmost care and stellar customer support. As for this latest service, Gabriel M. was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to provide ETA's on when the car would be ready, what needed to be done and was very attentive. It's folks like Gabriel M. that make this dealership a great place to get my car serviced. Great Experience This dealership makes it very easy to get an appointment although unnecessary for routine maintenance. I arrived at 6:40 am (to beat #295 traffic). Th This dealership makes it very easy to get an appointment although unnecessary for routine maintenance. I arrived at 6:40 am (to beat #295 traffic). The service department does not open until 7:30 am but I was warmly greeted and happily ushered into the waiting room even though it was still in the process of being cleaned. All employees were friendly, pleasant and thoroughly explained what was to be done, and what was needed (two air filters required replacement). A recall item that I was not even aware of was fixed. Gabriel was patient and took the time to explain all that was done, even walking me to my cleanly washed and vacuumed car. This was my first time visiting the service department (and we have been Subaru owners for at least 7 years). I was impressed with the sparkling clean waiting area, stocked with drinks and snacks. I do not know the name of the gentleman who let me in at 6:40 am but he certainly earned my appreciation for the kind gesture. More

He even did a complimentary wash for me so my car was in great shape when I pulled off the lot!! More
