Juan went above and beyond to assist me in every way possible, even going so far as to make sure he gave me his personal cell phone number before I left the dealership so that I could call him whenever I should have a question about my new vehicle, and the tech it offers. I have called Juan numerous times since then, with what may seem like the most miniscule questions, and he always answers, ready and willing to help. Five stars to Juan, and the crew at SoJax! This Dealership not only talks the talk...they walk the walk too! I had a 7:30am appointment for service maintenance, arrived at 7:00am, and their Professional Team started working on my car at 7:15am.
