Left 2 mouse nests behind after opening my dashboard I took my car in for 2 open recalls and an oil change. One recall was a problem with the airbag necessitating opening up my dashboard. The technician I took my car in for 2 open recalls and an oil change. One recall was a problem with the airbag necessitating opening up my dashboard. The technician working on my vehicle found two mouse nests, one behind the cabin air filter and one behind my center console. Aside from the "gross" factor, mice and other rodents can cause major damage to vehicles like chewing through wiring. Instead of doing the right thing and removing the nests the technician simply closed my dashboard back up and noted the nests were there. I found that frustrating to say the least. When the dashboard was already opened up and the nests were easily accessible would have been the easiest time to remove those nests. Instead I'm simply told there is a potentially hazardous problem with my car which to resolve I either have to try to open my dashboard up by myself or pay someone hundreds to do it for me. What really irritated me was then being asked to give this delearship a good rating on this website. Sorry but no way am I giving you a good rating after this incident. More
