Jerry was a wealth of knowledge as he walked me through the lot. He knew everything dealing with the engine, functionality and new technology of the vehicle. He was patient and wasn't at all pushy. The rest of the staff was also very efficient and courteous (Savannah particularly stood out as a friendly and helpful rep, and Mike made the dreaded financial part of buying a car as enjoyable as possible). Its good to see a business that is so proud of its military veterans as well. You can tell the owner(s) are very pro-military veterans as soon as you walk into this dealership. This is my first Subaru, and I've been driving for 30 years. I am very pleased with this vehicle so far! Forester is the way to go! More

Jennifer Saved the Day On my lunch break, I stopped at a gas station on Atlantic to put air in my tires. The machine was out of order, but the gas station failed to put up On my lunch break, I stopped at a gas station on Atlantic to put air in my tires. The machine was out of order, but the gas station failed to put up a sign indicating this. The machine actually took air OUT of my tires leaving me with 16 and 25 on tires that are supposed to be filled to 36. I thought I was going to faint I was so upset. I saw the Subaru dealership across the street and drove there carefully praying they could help me. I drive a Jeep and I am not a customer of theirs-they had no reason to assist me. When I pulled up and explained my situation, Jennifer M. was so kind and sweet and said that yes, they could absolutely help me. She directed me to the guest area and within 10 minutes, I had my Jeep back and my tires perfectly filled. I am so grateful and impressed with their customer service. Far better than the desultory customer service I receive at the Jeep Dodge dealership that I purchased my vehicle from. Jennifer was my savior today and I appreciate the kind and professional attitude that was given to me. More
