Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. We bought our second Subaru from Subaru of Jacksonville and both times were wonderful. We bought our 2025 Crosstrek from Sabino and he is the bomb! One star because I can't give less. This place is horrible! Do not get service here, went in because my tire pressure light was on they charge a $223.00 diagnostic fee that is not app This place is horrible! This is flat out a rip off of the consumer they don't care about their customers just their bottom line. It is an inconvenience but Haninia Subaru of Orange park gives great customer service and does not charge this ridiculous fee that is pure profit for the company.
