He showed me the mod I had a great experience buying from Subaru of Jacksonville. I popped in on a Saturday for a test drive, and met Jerry Johnson. He showed me the models I asked about, and explained the various features to me that I was totally unfamiliar with (eyesight and Starlink). There was no pressure from him at all, and I even told him I had to go look at another vehicle later that day. When I decided on the Subaru, I was able to negotiate the vehicle and price through email and telephone, and went in to pick it up the following Friday. The purchase process was smooth, the vehicle and paperwork were waiting on me to get there. Jerry was great to deal with, and has even followed up to see how the car was working out and if I had any more questions. I look forward to working with this dealership in the future for maintenance and to get some other options added to the vehicle. I imagine I will be making more purchase in the future as well. The more I drive our new Subaru, the more I like it. Even the kids are saying they like riding in it better than their mother's BMW. More

His actions were in stark constrast to at least 4 other Subaru dealerships with which I shopped. They had no idea how to treat a customer.
