Simply The BEST! This is my first Subaru. I have been driving Infiniti's since 2002.. I am now a Subaru convert. I love the vehicle, it is slower at the start line but This is my first Subaru. I love the vehicle, it is slower at the start line but who cares, it doesn't sound like a gerbil being tortured when you drive it like you stole it. I can fit everything into it, which is just awesome. The sound system is amazing compared to my 2012 Infiniti. I came to this dealership from Orange Park. After getting played at Jack Hanna’s I came here, they were trying to sell me a car that had been in an accident and denied it… just a cluster mess over there. When I was doing my research I read nothing but great things about Subaru and Subaru of Jacksonville and they proved all that to be spot on. Our salesman Bruce Holmes was more that awesome. Unlike what goes on at the Infiniti dealerships ( Orange Park and Sawgrass Fort Lauderdale) he knew his Subaru’s inside out and this is not a job that he has on the way to getting another job…Subaru’s are his second Career and it shows! I think my hubby is going to get one also and I know exactly where will will be going! I wanted a used Forrester. I ended up with a new one and bought a warranty which we never do but after WIRING HARNESS issues came up with my last two Infiniti’s, I thought for the 1500 it was well worth it with all the touch screen electronics…. we also got two Subaru hats…Great Experience! Quickly talking to an actual person that was 90% sure of what the problem was and turned out correct. Kept me updated in the lounge as they figured out what the problem was. Ran into a delay with a part that could not have been anticipated. They were out of loaner cars but quickly got a rental car on the way. Fixed the car in the 2-3 days required as promised. Picked up the car and again - very efficient and the car was obviously cleaned also. Thanks so much and I have spread the word already to family and friends. More

Mark worked with me through the process of gathering all of the information necessary to answer my question, even though I made it clear that I was not prepared to walk away with a car that day. With no haggle whatsoever, he gave me a payment I couldn't pass up with no more money down than I walked in intending to give him. From there, the only pain was the amount of time it takes to complete the paperwork, and the number of times I had to sign my name. Every single person I dealt with was a complete pleasure. I look forward to shopping with this dealer again at the end of my lease. More
