After finding the car I was interested in, we went inside and got more information on the car and took it for a test drive. Although the price didn't seem reasonable at first, the dealership kept working with us until the deal seemed to good to pass up. A week later I cam back and bought the car! everyone was super friendly and made my first car buying experience a good one. More

I have been to many dealerships over the years, I always felt like i was just a means to an end. At Subaru of Jacksonville I felt like i was a person. I was treated with respect the entire time I was there. I was never was dropped off in a waiting area while the next phase was preparing. I was communicated with every step of the way. Our sales person John Pitts, never left us in the dark. Most of the process was done online, and when i came in and met with John he already had the car i was looking at online ready to go, so there were no delays, Dealer tag was on car, he had keys, he had it moved up towards the building. This really told me that John and everyone at Subaru knew my time was valuable and they were respective of that fact. Our finance manager AJ Miller was even a great guy, he took time to explain what the documents were, why we had to do them and what to expect. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would definitely recommend Subaru of Jacksonville, I would definitely recommend buying a Subaru, and I strongly suggest asking for John Pitts. He made the experience as awesome as it was. When i first started my online inquiry I dealt with Savannah O'Connor, and she set the tone to what to expect. She was friendly, courteous and professional. More

His knowledge of the vehicles was very impressive. We looked at a number of vehicles until we picked one to purchase. He was very patient with us. After purchasing he showed us every detail and function of our new vehicle. He explained everything to us in detail about all the vehicles. We took the 0% financing from Subaru and the finance manager was great to deal with also. I will highly recommend John Pitts and Subaru of Jacksonville to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

I bought a 2018 Touring Outback. I was very anxious to take advantage of the 0% financing offer. The car I picked was not in dealer's stock yet, but was in transit with an ETA close I was very anxious to take advantage of the 0% financing offer. The car I picked was not in dealer's stock yet, but was in transit with an ETA close to ending date of 0% availablity. The sales agent, Josh Strickland was very patient, reassuring, and professional with my many inquiries. After the vehicle arrived and the paperwork was completed and I took possession, I had some problems with the facts and figures because I hadn't asked for clarification during signing session. Again, A J Miller spent much time reviewing and clarifying my confusion. My wife and I were very impressed with professionalism, patience, and treatment we were afforded. More

Programming garage door opener on Homelink mirror of Outback I was unable to program the garage door opener on the Homelink mirror of a new 2017 Suburu Outback after calling Homelink and Liftmaster. So, I conta I was unable to program the garage door opener on the Homelink mirror of a new 2017 Suburu Outback after calling Homelink and Liftmaster. So, I contacted Sean Lee, my salesperson. He forwarded my concern to Phil Porter, Service Manager, Phil promptly contacted me and laid out a course of action. Eventually, Phil sent Juan Hernandez to my home over 40 miles away to address the problem. When that didn't work, Juan called a local garage door specialist who also could not program the opener. Finally, the mirror was replaced and I was able to program the new one. I was not charged for anything and received a complimentary detailing when I came back for the new mirror. Phil, Sean and Juan all showed sincere concern for my problem and worked tirelessly to resolved it. I was really impressed with their dedication and efforts. More
