Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Nando and the Subaru Finance guys made our experience from start to finish easy. They worked to find the interest rate I expected and didn't make me feel like we had to "haggle" to get the financing right. I purchased a Toyota SUV and it was in mint condition. They had it priced exactly right. I've purchased numerous new and used cars and this was by far my best experience EVER. I did not have to spend 5 hours at the dealership to get the vehicle. Fantastic Experience Leasing Our First Subaru No games or gimmicks here! Respected our wish to negotiate price over payment. Once we got to a fair price, sales manager Daniel Kane was able to redu No games or gimmicks here! Respected our wish to negotiate price over payment. Once we got to a fair price, sales manager Daniel Kane was able to reduce the payments down a bit more to fit within our budget, without changing any other terms. He also came over and thanked us for our business. Needless to say, this was not like any other dealership experience I've had. We started via email with Mark Minter, and were instantly greeted and helped by Nando DiPasquale upon arriving at the dealership, as Mark was with another customer. It's awesome that they work as a team to ensure that customers don't have to wait. They were incredibly busy that day, but we never felt rushed. Nando shared a ton of information about Subaru and the Outback, which was great as this was our first experience with Subaru. He even took us through every single button on the car, helped us pair phones, and programmed the garage door opener. AJ Miller in Finance had us through the whole signing process smoothly, and he didn't try to sell us anything! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable (even provided a private office for my wife to breastfeed!). Looking forward to experiencing the Service Department. We are loving our new Outback. Thank you! More
