On the second visit John Pitts, our salesman, was busy with another customer so Mark Minter stepped in to assist. Both John and Mark were very knowledgeable on the features and options of the models we were looking at. Both were very helpful in explaining the features available. Two test drives later we purchased an Outback in our desired color with all the options we wanted. Very pleased with the service we received. More

Didn't Let a Bad Battery Slow Me Down Both the Sales and Service groups at Subaru of Jacksonville are outstanding. Sunday 4/22 the battery on my 2016 Legacy just up and died. I called the dealership knowing that the Service Area would be closed, but I was hoping to get the road side service number. Well, Josh Strickland took my call, grabbed a charger and came and got me going. Then Monday 4/23, Russell Hyatt and the Service group fit me into their schedule when they opened first thing and replaced the battery. It's outstanding customer service and caring like this that has us coming back to Subaru of Jacksonville. How can you not like owning a great vehicle with an even greater dealership to help you care for it. 5 Stars plus for sure !!!! More
