The porter was super friendly but I don't know his name. We enthusiastically greeted us and made sure we got to where we needed to be. Our cars were returned with the work completed and washed! After emailing a handful of dealerships in Florida, Subaru of Jacksonville quickly emerged as the one with the best price and the nicest service. We drove over from Tallahassee for a test drive and bought the car right after. John Pitts worked with me over email, on the phone, and finally in person, and was helpful and friendly throughout. He walked us through the whole buying experience, carefully explained many features of the vehicle, and answered all the questions we had. AJ in the Finance Department was also very helpful and clearly explained the finance side of things. This was a painless experience from start to finish and definitely worth making the two and a half hour drive for. I'll be recommending this dealer and these guys to anyone I know in the market for a Subaru. More

Great car buying experience! I found the car that I was interested in online and put in a request to be contacted. The next day, I promptly got an email from Sean confirming that I found the car that I was interested in online and put in a request to be contacted. The next day, I promptly got an email from Sean confirming that my car was still available. Since Sean was going to be out later that day when I was planning to see the car, he referred me to Mark saying that "[they] all work together there." As I arrived at the dealership later that day, I was greeted by David who then escorted me to Mark's desk. As we went for a test drive, Mark went over the car's many safety features. Within a couple of hours, I drove off with my new Subaru Forester. I've bought several cars before but this has got to be the most pleasant, hassle-free car buying experience I've ever had.
