When I have a small issue like this morning when I needed to have the right exterior mirror put back together (yes, I hit something with it) - there is no muss or fuss - just drive to the area next to customer service and the great guys and gals will put you back together. No paperwork at all. Or on other occasions when there are bigger deals like a 30,000 mile checkup - the wait is no problem because there are drinks and snacks waiting for us as well as wifi, tv, computers (in case you didn't bring your own). And of course it is always fun to chat with the sales staff and see what's new with Subaru. Oh, and did I mention that a free car wash is included? How great is that! More

SUPER FAST WARRENTY SERVICE I brought my Outback in for the 6000 mile warranty service a few hundred miles early because I would not be available at the time the car would normal I brought my Outback in for the 6000 mile warranty service a few hundred miles early because I would not be available at the time the car would normally need the service.
