Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Quick, easy, straight-forward We purchased our first Subaru from here. We initially chose this dealership because of the size of their inventory, but after interacting with our salesman (Dave Dombrowski) and the finance person (Bruce Holmes), I would recommend it based on employee interaction. They answered all of our questions knowledgeably and honestly, without all of the back and forth and running to the manager's office that is so common in many dealerships. In short, they made the entire experience a breeze. We negotiated the price in under 15 minutes, and then came back the next day to finish the financing paperwork/picking up vehicle in under an hour. In total, we spent under 2 hours at this dealership, and left with a new car. I love it! More

From scheduling an initial appointment for a test drive on a Crosstrek, to the subsequent test drives of almost every other Subaru model, the team here was helpful, on top of it, and never at all pushy. Ryan was knowledgeable and stayed in touch, but I never felt pressured to buy. When I did finally settle on a new Impreza, Ryan and the team found the exact model, color and trim I wanted, gave me a great, fair price, and lined up all of the paperwork to make things as painless as possible. It's worth noting that the owner and this location are also really dedicated to supporting families in the Jacksonville community. Rare thing to find a dealer who also gives back in an authentic way. Would definitely recommend Subaru of Jacksonville and Ryan! More
