Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Great Customer Service I was in search of the perfect new car and after searching around at other dealerships found my way into Subaru of Jacksonville where I was greeted wi I was in search of the perfect new car and after searching around at other dealerships found my way into Subaru of Jacksonville where I was greeted with a smile by Bruce Holmes in the sales department. He was very friendly and quick to answer any questions I had about new or used vehicle options. In the end I decided to traded in my 2005 Subaru Outback 2.5 Limited for a new 2017 Outback 2.5i Limited. The process was quick and easy and I couldn't be more happy with my new car! If you're in need of a new Subaru, Bruce is the man to see!!! More

I had no idea what shopping without pressure was. I went to Subaru to do my homework. I knew I wanted to get one in the future. Frank came out to check on me. I told him I was just looking. He introdu I went to Subaru to do my homework. I knew I wanted to get one in the future. Frank came out to check on me. I told him I was just looking. He introduced himself and left me for a little bit. When he came back, he asked, what do you need the vehicle for? I replied, for the dog and I to go places. We had great conversation about pets. I decided I wanted to test drive a Crosstrek. Literally as he was going to get the keys, I saw the Impreza Sport and yelled out before he got to the door, "I want to drive this one instead." The rest is history. If I had been approached any differently, I would not have driven home in a new car. Frank is so personable. I am telling everyone about him. More
