It was a very pleasant drive, and a Great value when you consider all the features in the price. We were attracted to the safety features of the outback. As i get older, I worry that I or my wife may have a medical emergency while We are driving. It is nice to be protected by Subaru's eyesight feature. It's good to see that the great products, subarus are being made in America by American workers and it's a group of people that takes great pride in their work. All you need to do is read the quality reviews from consumer reports and other publications about how dependable these cars are. I've had a Legacy for five years and it's been a great experience. Bought 2 new 2016 Crosstreks and a new 2017 Legacy!!! Phil and his team at Subaru of Jacksonville are unbelievable. I have always serviced my previous Subarus with Kevin in their service department. I own other car makes and deal with other dealer service people, but Kevin beats them all hands down. Both of my two daughters and I each just purchased new Subarus from Phil Porter and his team in November. Congratulations to Gene and Jerry that made the buying experience very painless and Phil Jr. that made all the financing a breeze. As an accountant, I was pleased with the deals we got. All three of us love our new Subarus that, of course, are running flawlessly. A must visit if you're in the market for a Subaru. More

After helping family buy a new Subaru here (thanks to Daniel Kane for making the negotiating a stress-free experience), I bought one for myself. I have to say that every staff member I encountered was polite and friendly. At no point during the process (for myself or for family) did I ever get that feeling of impending doom - even in the finance office. I can genuinely say that I have not had such a pleasant, smooth, trouble-free buying experience in my life. Josh was great to work with, knowledgeable on the product and happy to be there. The enthusiasm, pleasantries, and professionalism does not seem to be manufactured but downright genuine. As with Phil (in Finance) before, getting through the paperwork with Anita was without any hiccups or negatives. No pressure to sell additional items, but only presenting what is available. I never once felt intimidated or belittled. All in all, from the time I arrived until the time I left, it took about an hour to complete the deal and drive home. Subaru Jacksonville really earns their great reputation. More
When it's perfect....you just know it!!! I had been in the market for a new car for about 1 year. I was still so in love with my 2003 Ford Explorer....she has been the best and most reliable I had been in the market for a new car for about 1 year. I was still so in love with my 2003 Ford Explorer....she has been the best and most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. My friends love their Subaru's, and convinced me to at least look at one. I was treated terribly at the Ford Dealership.....very poor customer service although I loved the 2 Explorer's that I drove. I came to the Subaru dealership in Jacksonville and met Frank Woods......what a professional!!! I felt no pressure, but he continued to share stories about what a great car a Subaru is. I did not find anything that impressed me the first visit. However, Frank was persistent and kept me in the loop with vehicles that he knew I may like....and 1 day after my first visit, my dream car arrived. Frank was kind enough to email me right away so that I could get to the dealership and give her a test drive. It was love at first sight....she was the right color, and she has ALL the options that I told Frank I wanted....leather, moonroof, all-wheel drive, back-up camera and blue-tooth. I could not be happier with my experience. And to anyone who matters out there....Frank Woods is an extremely valuable asset to your organization....he needs a raise. To Frank....sorry I was such a NOODGE....I hate waiting and I am not very patient.....so much to do during this Christmas Holiday, but my car looked amazing....thanks for all you did!!! I had talked to Kimberly Schnied a few days prior to visiting and she was very helpful and friendly. There was no hesitation when I asked about going for a test drive and she was more than willing to grab multiple keys at a time to look at all the cars. Not once did I feel like I was being forced into deciding, they let me make decisions at my own pace and were very helpful with any questions that I had. This is only the second car I've owned but if I need another I will look to SOJ before going somewhere else. More
