I contacted him via email, and unlike other dealerships the 3 cars he quoted were not all already sold, so very honest. He had two cars ready to test drive when we arrived, was helpful but not at all pushy. The next day I called to say I wanted to buy the car, he took my credit app over the phone and it was approved in 2 minutes I think (maybe that was Chase's excellent service too). When we arrived at the dealership the car was being washed. Our financing manager was Phil Porter and he was very pleasant and helpful, again knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. I think the whole process including a full tank of gas was under an hour. I had read reviews on 6 different models, tons of Jacksonville dealerships and I think the Subaru Legacy was just the best choice. I even called service departments and Subaru again was just so helpful and pleasant. The Legacy has a very smooth drive even compared to my old BMW convertible, nice features, great price.
