He was low pressure, very knowledge of the product, helpful and professional. He listened to our criteria, then looked at the Forester, did the test drive, reviewed the standard equipment plus options. Steve showed us all areas of the car.....engine compartment, trunk, interior and explained what was there and how it worked. He was by far the most knowledgeable and professional of all the dealers we visited. Sabino Martinez greeted us upon arrival and got us started until Steve was available....another excellent, friendly, professional. The finance manager, Mr. A. J. Miller was equally professional....friendly, fast, and proficient. Overall the experience was excellent....and we are happy with the car. More

I asked about detailing, as I wanted my car to look it's best since there was really no professional detailing from inside and out since I purchased in 2014. I was introduced to Max who operates the detailing for dealers. WoW! This guy went over everything, how it would be done, how it would look, never rushed me, although I do know he was very busy. I almost did not recognize my car when I picked it up after being detailed. It looked like a Brand New 2018 Brand New from the lot.
