I also appreciated his familiarity with the vehicle lineup and interest in finding the right vehicle for me. I ended up custom ordering as I was not overly impressed with what was on the lot and I was willing to wait. Juan maintains availability during this process so I am connected/updated on the process. I'm whittling down my wife on buying a Subaru as well as I am (and have been) a fan of the brand for quite some time. More
