Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Nerve wracking, but worth it! My wife and I have always bought used cars, so buying our new 2016 Forester was quite a change! Once we decided on the Impreza, they provided detailed explanation of the vehicle and demonstrated the features of its various models. The purchase price and subsequent lease discussions were handled in a respectful, competent, and courteous manner. Kudos also to the finance member of the team, Anita Clarkson. There were no surprises with this dealership from the beginning to the end of the transaction including, most of all, following through on their comittments. This is an A+++++ dealership with excellent personnel who make sure everything is right for the customer before the transaction is finalized. We very highly recommend this dealership! More

Brandon was very knowledgeable about the cars and what he didn't know, he quickly got us answers and helped us with everything we were asking for. We drove several cars and ended up purchasing the first one we drove. Brandon was patient with us and management was flexible with us as we were coming to a final deal. We were looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle, specifically an outback and I really think with 31K miles, 2012 Subaru, we got the best deal on the lot!
