As a small business owner I appreciate a great customer service and friendliness just as I ran my business too. The car was right up front ready for the test drive when I arrived and all the paperwork was waiting for me to sign. I left the dealership with my new truck within half an hour. I would like to rate them 6 stars if I could :) I definitely will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Thank you Subaru of Jacksonville ! More

The internet sales department responded to all of my inquiries extremely rapdily, and was up front about the caveats of our purchase (that we would have to wait for delivery). We were able to take care of many of the financing details ahead of time, and our actual time spent in the dealership was fast-paced and efficient. First time buying a Subaru I absolutely loved my experience at this Subaru dealership. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured or like I was even at a car dealership trying to make a purchase. The atmosphere was calm and collective the entire time. It took me about 8 weeks to come to my decision to purchase a Subaru. During this period I was only contacted twice by my sales person to see how things were going and if there was anything they could help me with. Again it was never about the sale itself when we spoke on the phone, it was like talking to a friend or acquaintance. I am very satisfied with not only my purchase but also the customer service I received. Unfortunately I did not receive the same customer service from the 4 other dealerships along my car purchase journey. More

Frank Woods immediately contacted me and stayed in touch until I made a trip to the dealership to purchase the car. I was able to quickly negotiate a great deal, and when I returned to get the car, it was ready; there was no waiting! Frank spent time helping me understand the warranty and operation of the new car before I drove off and answered every question I asked. He was never in a hurry and was very helpful. My daughter bought a Subaru on the west coast the same weekend and had a miserable experience at the dealership, but Frank and Subaru of Jacksonville were wonderful. I will buy my next Subaru from Frank and won't hesitate to make the 2 hour drive. It was worth it! More
