I corresponded with Phil Porter, Jr. and he promptly responded to my internet inquiry. He arranged for a test drive and thoroughly addressed my questions regarding the vehicle. Noticing that I had purchased lug locks for the vehicle from the parts department, he offered and arranged for their installation. Since I was from out of town, he arranged to transport the vehicle to my residence and arranged for his return transportation for my convenience. This required 2 additional hours of his time as well as another driver from the dealership to whom I am most grateful. As if this wasn't enough, I noticed this morning that he had filled the vehicle with gas just prior to delivery to me at my residence! The service and customer focus is exceptional. I recommend this dealership highly exceptional. More

My wife and I are from out of state (New York) and while visiting family, decided to walk in to Subaru of Jacksonville. Kimberly Schneid was kind enough to help us look at the 2014 Subaru Forester. They did not have anything on the lot that day so we left, but she called us the next day when a new car was delivered that was what we were looking for. I'll be direct: she was the best she could have possibly been. We had literally gone into Subaru dealerships up and down the east coast looking for the right vehicle, and met with plenty of salespeople. She was the best of them. She knew all about the vehicle, was not pushy or trying to convince us of something we were not comfortable with, and was a downright pleasure to speak to and deal with. I wish I could give her higher than a "5" because she was better than great. We recommend her highly to anybody looking for a vehicle. Once we settled on a price and trade-in, the process was a breeze. The finance department and manager were great and, again, very easy to work with. It was our first new car ever and the process went much smoother than I had ever expected.
