Despite the original service experience, Mike Needham went out of his way to reach out and discuss my concerns at great length and assure me that the issue has been addressed, and also offered his personal attention and availability going forward. I am optimistic that future service appointments will be smooth sailing. And, I'd like to think that this isn't my last Subaru. Thanks Mike! I take no pleasure in leaving negative feedback. None whatsoever. When you finally return my vehicle the same way that I drive it in, I'll gladly give a 5 star rating. But, for the 2nd time in as many service visits in my 2019 Outback 3.6R, there was a big, oily hand print left right in the center of my hood. Additionally, 1 of the 2 plastic rivets holding the oil access panel has once again gone missing. Mike Needham called me after the first mishap in October 2019 and assured me he has taken care of the issue, and it will never happen again. Once, I can understand it may have been an accident. Twice in a row, what should a customer conclude? Incompetence, lack of respect for others' property? You tell me what a paying customer should think. I replaced the first rivet on my own dime. Now, you owe me two. More

Always a great team!!! In for a quick update on my ECU for a recall. Guys were on point and quick to respond. I was in and out in 25 minutes with a wash!! Routine 18-month service. I used the Express Service for our 18-month routine service. All of the personnel that helped me were very professional... polite and efficient. The waiting area is nice and I had a cup of my favorite Keurig coffee and read while I waited. We really appreciated the car wash, too. Thanks so much. More

Gabe, Mike M., and Mike B; were super nice and had our car finished in an hour. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with snacks and drinks and clean restrooms. It's always nice to get a complimentary car wash too; I would suggest wiping off the mirrors after the wash. We did not buy our car at this dealership, but always try to have our service here as each experience has been very satisfactory. More
Took my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek "Squad" at Subaru of Jacksonville on 02/26/2020 for his first oil change there at the Dealership and am truly grateful for the maintenance support of Gabriel, Mulkey, Mic Jacksonville on 02/26/2020 for his first oil change there at the Dealership and am truly grateful for the maintenance support of Gabriel, Mulkey, Michael Berry and Michael McClennon along with their exceptional customer service and recommendations as Gabriel, told me that the battery, may need a new replacement as I have been driving it for almost 4 years, plus they topped off all my fluids (my coolant supply was very low) and they were able to rotate my tires as well, something that is very important, as the oil slicks on the rain can be very slippery if the tires are not checked properly. Thank you Sojax Service Team for an awesome experience and we will back once we are due for our next maintenance check, which is due at 90,000 miles. Keep up the great work :) More
By far the best service department I have ever been to. Your team is fast and honest when I brought my car in to have a tire fixed and had already pre paid for a new tire, one of your team members came to Your team is fast and honest when I brought my car in to have a tire fixed and had already pre paid for a new tire, one of your team members came to me and informed me the tire would only need a patch I had them go ahead and put the new tire on. Anywhere else would have just have put the new tire on and never given me an opportunity to fix it and get my money back. Thank you. More

Both times I was welcomed in a way which every dealership should model. The personal treatment over the phone from the road (I live in NY) was courteous, informative and friendly. This time, my service representative was Michael Berry, a wonderful representative of this dealership. He explained all of the possibilities patiently, and was thoughtful. He has a terrific personality, including a great sense of humor. I hope becomes an officer of the company some day! More
