Above and BEYOND Bob and Keri, we were two Canadians travelling to Florida in late January 2020. Our only major difficulty driving to Florida in our new Subaru Outback Bob and Keri, we were two Canadians travelling to Florida in late January 2020. Our only major difficulty driving to Florida in our new Subaru Outback 2020 was that we had not learned how to access US maps on our new NAV. What to do? My wife suggested visiting a Subaru dealer and we randomly chose Subaru of Jacksonville on our way to St. Augustine, nearby. Cautious ,as we entered the dealership, we asked for some assistance amidst a busy showroom of people. Five seconds through the door we were noticed by a friendly face (Bruce) who listened to our tale of woe and smiled and reassured us that he could help. With a wink and a wave he encouraged a distant male person (Juan) in the showroom to join us! Like two "angels of mercy" they worked their magic on our new information system to explain all of the requested mysteries that we couldn't use or adjust - heating, voice controls, navigation, safety features and new radio stations. Wow was not a big enough word! " Another good reason for buying a Subaru" were their parting words as two appreciative Canadians drove out - No charge - and totally impressed with the service and kindness from this amazing dealership.
