Kevin has the best knowledge on how to get the job done to a satisfactory level just to please the customers, especially the old school type of personalities. fast, corteous, beyond the call of duty friendly, fast job well done. Upon greeting Dan was very well informed .... took over my cat said service woukd take 1 hour, yet it took 40 minutes, friendly, fast job well done. well rounded Mike is new to sojax. Mike needed to complete and officiate a transaction order that was set up by Kevin. Both of them are of the old school, humble Mike is new to sojax. Both of them are of the old school, humble and kind personality that I can get along with the easiest in car maintenance discussions. Both of them alone will make the service department enjoyable and a pleasant experience to go to for service. Mike even has a likeable sense of humor and has one of the most well mannered displayed on customer experience I have seen and heard. My car was manufactured in 2016 and it is beyond my understanding why sojax took forever to hire someone of Mike's personality. Great job Mike and Kevin. You two have great teamwork. I'll definitely be looking forward to dealing with them two in future service visits. More
