It was a busy atmosphere at dealership but they seemed set up to handle people quickly. I had to leave my car (given a very nice loaner) and my car was not ready until the next day due to their backlog. D set up to handle people quickly. Defective airbag was replaced as requested but when I started to leave after repair I noticed air conditioning not working. Had to ask to have it plugged in since the service person forgot to do it. My phone holder was not replaced and it was thrown in back seat. I was reinstalling phone holder in dash when I discovered air conditioner not working. It was lucky I discovered it before I drove 30 minutes home. Also next day I had to return a flashlight that the mechanic left in my car. Folks were nice but lacked attention to detail. More

I think that this is the best dealership around. I got my car at a great price. I also another Subaru that I have serviced here even though I did not buy it at Subaru of Jacksonville because of the customer car at a great price.
