Although my first time for service was not the best, they have definitely made up for it all the other times my vehicle has needed service. Mike and his team has been unbelievable with anything and everythin have definitely made up for it all the other times my vehicle has needed service. This was my first time visiting and I found the service department friendly and efficient. They told me my hitch would take 2 to 2.5 hours to install and were finished in 2. I was also surprised that you didn't have nitrogen for the tires and that you don't have complimentary car washes. The overall experience was very positive and that was due from Mike and the hitch installer. More

Everything went well in my first maintenance visit to Subaru Jax. The folks were professional and the weather permitted me to stay outside during my wait of less than an hour. My only problem was trave Subaru Jax. The folks were professional and the weather permitted me to stay outside during my wait of less than an hour. My only problem was traveling from St. Augustine to Jax. I wish there was an alternative possibility to get service on my Forrester. I know it is my problem but I have no idea who I worked with. Please accept my apologies. First service was complementary so there was no cost. Oh, I forgot to mention that the waiting area had free snacks and drinks. More
