Overall I had gooad d experience, however my purchase of 2021 Outback Touring XT was not a great experience. The car had broken brake light, the protection package had door guard, never installed. MySubar 2021 Outback Touring XT was not a great experience. The car had broken brake light, the protection package had door guard, never installed. MySubaru account was not setup properly. The day I went to get things done for we owe, my sales person was MIA, Service person had difficulties understanding why I am there, and I had to run around and explain what Ceramic Tint is? The only thing was good today was my internet sales person who helped me a lot. I felt like people are clueless at the dealership. And I was told I can get loaner but I was not given one so I had miss work today, service department said I should talk to my MIA sales guy. More
