The customer service is great. Everyone who works there is professional. I worked with Austin, Carl, and Spencer. They were all great. However, I'm not too pleased with the car I received. I am happy to have gotten a Subaru Crosstrek. However, I have had multiple issues with it. From having to return the next day after purchasing to have the radiator looked at, to little things like the radio not being set back to English and a headlight being out, my expectations for the purchase were below what I would have liked them to be. I also still hear a rattling within the engine that is a bit unsettling. I will be returning to the shop soon if I continue to have concerns. More
