We just came from Subaru of Puyallup with our new outback!! I absolutely recommend this dealership. We had Andrew and he was awesome! I can say buying a car can be a stress, you always have that oh no car salesman thought as you pull into the parking lot but I can assure you this was not the case here! Everyone knows what they are talking about and can help you so much more than other places i have been. You will not be disappointed if you shop at this facility. If I could give them 10 stars instead of five I would! Their finance department, manager, and our personal salesman were all spectacular! More

As this was the first vehicle I was purchasing on my own, I was a bit concerned about the process and what questions I needed to ask about the vehicle. Mark did a superb job of keeping the stress level almost non existent. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped me understand it during the test drive. When I decided to make the purchase he stayed with me through the whole process. The unique requirement of going to the Chevrolet lot for paperwork added time but Mark and everyone I encountered were wonderful. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. More

I live in Gig Harbor, Wa but I purchased my Subaru at this dealership in Puyallup. Every time I come here it seems I can’t be helped. The last time I came here I was under the impression I would have a c this dealership in Puyallup. Every time I come here it seems I can’t be helped. The last time I came here I was under the impression I would have a courtesy vehicle (what a great opportunity to get a client in a new Subaru) but at the time of my appointment I was informed that courtesy vehicles were only for extended services. Fine. Then yesterday I had a 12:40p appointment for a recall item and I scheduled an oil change. Again I drove from Gig Harbor and by the time I got to the dealership in Puyallup the service center was closed. Apparently the state closed down the dealership for an official cleaning. BUT according to Matt in the service department the service center had been closed since 10am. They had over 2+HOURS to contact me in anyway before I left Gig Harbor, (text/email/phone) and nothing. And still nothing two days later. I’m done with this dealership. More

We worked with Austin Embody who helped us the first day we came to look at the car and then Daniel Siddall when signing the papers and they were both great. I never felt PRESSURED into buying the entire time we worked with Austin. He was very friendly and helpful and I appreciated how he stepped back to let us do our thing but was right there when we had a question. Daniel was also very helpful, relaxed, and very accommodating. They gave us an extremely fair price and we are so happy with our purchase! Thanks guys for an excellent buying experience!
