Charles made the car buying experience easy and was thorough. He made sure I understood how to use all the tech in the car and navigate it. The only negative experience I had is when I came in to sign all the paperwork, the financial employee was pushy with the extended warranty. I declined all warranties a couple of times and he wouldn't move forward. It kinda took the excitement away. More

Amir, met me at the door of Suburban VW in Troy , jumped into my VW Atlas Cross Sport and within minutes had corrected the issue right there in the service bay. Took me out for a test drive, all was well a into my VW Atlas Cross Sport and within minutes had corrected the issue right there in the service bay.
