You charged me approx. $1400 for changing the plastic screen in the dash. $800 was for labor. That was not the problem. You then determined the problem was the radio and ordered a new one. The first one did not work and about two weeks later another arrived. That solved the radio problem. That cost another approx. $1500. It took me. 7 trips to Ocala to get this done. Needless to say, I am still very upset. The service person —- Edwin did his best but he was only the messenger. At the second visit , I asked them to call in Cadillac Engineering and they explained it was not their procedure. Long story short—-I feel I should not have been charged for the first fiasco.. I am very disappointed in Cadillac. More
I scheduled my electric car for recall service. While checking in I was asked if I wanted to get the oil changed. I thought that employees dealing with a Lyriq would know it was electric, no oil ch While checking in I was asked if I wanted to get the oil changed. I thought that employees dealing with a Lyriq would know it was electric, no oil changes. I was told this would take 90 minutes top so I opted to wait. 2 1/2 hours later I checked on the vehicle, I was again told this is a 90 minute process. I had to remind them I have already been there 2 1/2 hours. Then I was asked who checked me in, I replied you did. I think the service department needs a little more attention to detail and learn their vehicles. My Lyriq still has an issue with it's GPS freezing, which I was told would be looked at. This means another appointment which I am dreading to make. More
