Something happened to my appointment I made online (who knows?) so when the appointed time came and went, I was concerned. Right away Dennis, the service manager, called me and told me they would do it the knows?) so when the appointed time came and went, I was concerned. The finance part is unorganized and a bit predatory. Spent 8 hours there day one. I was happy with the 7.99% for 62 months at $380. Then I had to come back day two and apent about an hour for 8.19%, 66 Spent 8 hours there day one. I was happy with the 7.99% for 62 months at $380.
