Initial contact was a text on a Saturday morning. The response was simply amazing - texting turned into "no pressure" call. The attitude throughout was "how can I help you". We received a purchase price that never changed - they told us what to bring and we drove home in our new car Saturday afternoon. The whole experience was actually fun. Our salesperson, Dave Paolino, was so easy to work with and only interested in our satisfaction - really! Completely reviewed the new car with us in simple terms, and then provided every way imaginable to contact him for "anything". Sullivan gave us a very fair trade-in value for our truck, and took care of paying off our loan, registration, and even called our insurance agent. Tim in finance was very thorough. My husband and I are hoping to bring our moms to Dave for their next cars. Overall an excellent experience! More

Aaron was wonderful to work with and always very accommodating. He frequently went out of his way to stay after hours and work with us when he didn't have to be working. He was very up front and truthful and his humour really helped us through the whole process so it wasn't as stressful.
