Chris Brennan and Tim Kulla Chris Brennan was very helpful in explaining to me all the features of the new 2017 Honda HRV Ex which I purchased. I felt reassured when he had me show him how to do what he had explained to me. I also appreciated his patience and knowledge and the fact that he was not pushy. He wanted to make sure that I was confident in my new car before I drove off. My nephew and his wife had dealt with Chris before and they highly recommended him. I had a wonderful experience with him and would recommend Chris and Sullivan Honda to everyone. Tim Kulla was also very helpful in explaining the warranty options etc. and he somehow managed to convince me without any pressure to spend even more money and to leave feeling good about it. He did that by telling me exactly what was covered and what was not covered. I also liked the fact that the warranty is transferrable if I sell the car to a new owner before the 8 years or 100,000 mile is up. Hope they all have a happy and healthy New Year. More
