Always polite and good at explaining what is about to be done to your vehicle. The work is always completed to satisfaction. I finally decided to buy a new vehicle and Summit Auto was my first and only choice to deal with instead of other local dealers which I have not had pleasant experiences with in the past. Brett Schmitz was the salesman I worked with on my first vehicle, my second vehicle, and will be the salesman I work with on my future vehicles. He's always super friendly and doesn't pressure you into a sale, he feels like one of your good friends there to help out with whatever you need. Brett took time on his day off to meet with us and let us test drive the vehicle we were interested in, that says a lot. The day we picked up the vehicle the whole process went very quickly and we didn't feel pressured to buy add-ons. We were in and out in about an hour including a final inspection of the vehicle. More
