Great Experience for first time car buyer! I dealt with Parker who was fabulous. I had contacted them early that morning and received an email not even 5 minutes later. I did notice a few dings and problems that I wanted fixed all minor things that Parker made sure was fixed before we left. Very impressed with Summit, I had a great experience and am very happy with my 2010 Jeep Commander. The entire team at Summit was friendly the entire time and when I went back I noticed the amazing service department they have. Huge clean waiting room with a kid friendly area and fresh cookies! I was able to walk in after work and went home with the vehicle that day. And the day after Parker checked in to see if there was anything else I needed and checked to see how I liked it. I was impressed they didn't just ignore you after you bought it they cared completed and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Since all they had were 2016s on the lot Kraig was more then willing to find us the 2015 we wanted.
