Review is reduced to one star because the mask mandate wasn't being followed in this dealership. The lack of masking made me disappointed and uncomfortable. I almost walked out. My wife and I both are required to mask in our workplaces. Our kids are required to mask in school. Why isn't the mask mandate being followed by the employees of this dealership? I got an oil change and the employees did not reinstall my skid plate correctly so as I drove down the road it was dragging and catching on the road. Then when I took it in for them to repair they used the my skid plate correctly so as I drove down the road it was dragging and catching on the road.
