Brad was very helpful and patient with all of my questions, even though it was fairly late in the day (about 6:00 in the evening). There was never any pressure to buy - he just let me look it over and gave me as much background on the vehicle he could. They gave me a fair trade for my old car, busted car and a very fair price on the new Wrangler. I have to thank Colin in finance for having patience and taking the time to go through all the warranty options. He was also very kind and helpful in the process.
