Steven, I will reply to you as well. I am the one that replied to you 3 years ago - the day our staff walked out and went on strike per the guidance of their Union council. Certainly at that point we were under rare circumstances, ones that we had not dealt with in over 21 years. So although your frustrations may have been valid 3 years ago, they were also much out of our control. Now I am not sure as to what is going on today to leave you frustrated, but I am happy to help however I can. The option is in your court if you would like to contact me.
