I've written two reviews and they both were expunged in the process of resetting my password. This is my final attempt and I'm making it because Tim McCarthy deserves it. I can't say the same for the user friendliness of the review process. Tim McCarthy continues to be the best service person I've ever dealt with. I damaged my right rear wheel by scraping it against a concrete island hidden by snow. When I brought the car in for service and a new wheel, he inspected the damage and thought it wise to check my wheel alignment. It was out of alignment and he took the additional initiative to have that repaired. He knew his customer well enough to do that on his own. I call that first class service. More
