My entire experience at Superior this past week was excellent. We purchased a vehicle at Superior in 2012 and wanted to come back because were very happy with the entire process the first time. At my recent initial visit, Jacob sat with me and asked about my recent auto history and what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He explained the different options to me and went with me on a test drive so we could pick up my wife and let her drive it also. The sales manager even let us keep the vehicle overnight to make sure it was a good fit for us. Jacob exchanged texts with me and was always very responsive when answering my questions. He was never pushy and encouraged us to take our time coming to a decision. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle several days later, he arranged to have the steering wheel upgrade completed prior to us taking ownership to save us an additional visit. Today I traded my 2002 Honda CRV and purchased a 2024 Honda CRV and never in my life dreamed I'd be driving a brand new vehicle as I have always driven used cars. It was a positive as I did have negative experiences in the past and it really turned my perceptions around, and for the better I might add. I have some time constraints until the end of the year and was able to get my specially ordered vehicle today and had a "hard stop" in an hour and a half, and it all worked out! It was also very, very good to see the lot full of cars and people IN and AROUND the dealership itself as the recent pandemic was difficult for everyone with supply chains and the shortage of vehicles at the time.
