Certified preowned honda pilot sold without issues being fi I purchased a preowned certified 2017 Honda Pilot from Superior Honda in May of this year, after my previous honda accord was totaled by another drive I purchased a preowned certified 2017 Honda Pilot from Superior Honda in May of this year, after my previous honda accord was totaled by another driver. I was told by my salesman, Abdul, that this car was basically brand new. He also added that all issues had been fixed, and brakes and rotars were brand new. Well since having this car, I have had issues with the transmission, rotars, and sensors. I have taken this car back to Superior Honda multiple times only for them to tell me nothing is wrong with the car. I had to go to another honda dealer to figure out that the rotars were in fact not brand new and they were warped. I had to have them resurfaced. I have also had problems with the transmission, and Superior Honda told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission. I had to go to a transmission shop to find out that there are multiple problems with the transmission. I was informed that the fender had been replaced, and I can see for myself that the fender is not the original fender. Also, multiple codes are popping up saying that there are problems with the transmission, but the computer cannot tell them what is causing these problems specifically until the transmission fully messes up. Abdul gave me a car report that stated that the car has not been in any accidents. However, the gentleman at the transmission shop said that possible cause of these electrical codes popping up, and the fender being replaced is, because the car has previously been in an accident. I will not return to Superior Honda for any future purchases, as Abdul sold me a preowned certified car that was not fixed and had multiple expensive issues wrong with it. Also, the car report that he gave me was inaccurate. Now, I am stuck with this car for a very long time. More

This will sound a little crazy but I drove to Omaha from St. Paul (yes, 350 miles each way) to buy my dream car, a Honda Fit, bright yellow (one of th This will sound a little crazy but I drove to Omaha from St. Paul (yes, 350 miles each way) to buy my dream car, a Honda Fit, bright yellow (one of the two safest colors) after my silver Honda Fit was destroyed in a wreck. I really, really recommend this car, and I recommend the dealership, praise them to the stars, especially Chuck Elford, who kept us going while driving down, by answering questions and sending photos. Chuck was clear, energetic, straightforward --and here's the big one: REALLY VALUED OUR TIME. This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership, and I'm so impressed with the lack of upselling, and the truly terrific listening skills. I'm over the moon! More

As I think we told you, we had not purchased a car at a dealership since 1973. We were apprehensive about what to expect and on guard against high sales pressure tactics. Your friendly, open and humorous approach helped relieve our fears almost immediately. You actively listened to us about what our vehicle needs were and then you showed us a choice of vehicles that would meet those needs. You clearly explained the functions of various features and satisfactorily answered any questions that we had (even the stupid, obvious ones!) When we chose a vehicle, you introduced us to Finance Manager Cody Gilmore. He took us through all the necessary documentation in a way that made sure it was fully understandable to us. We are truly enjoying driving our 2015 CRV LX and are planning a trip to Dallas in October to visit our son and his family. Wife test drives the CR-V, likes it so we start talking price, Superior automatically add in 159.99 for splash guards, I missed it in the quote given, we discussed this and our salesman kinda seems annoyed that I am questioning that we have to pay for these, then another salesman stick his arrogant nose in to our conversation ' well we can take them off if you don't want them', wife liked them so we left them on. Our grandkids were with us, the said that our salesman was rather grumpy. It took over three hours from the time we got there to the time we left. The base price had already been discussed, however Chuck did not give to our salesman. More

Good Experience My car was totalled and I had some injuries. I wasn't looking forward to process of buying car as I wasn't feeling up to it. However, my salesperson (Abdul Sultonov) made the process nearly painless by listening to me and not overwhelming me with unnecessary details or choices. Plus, he made sure the cars were easy for me to get in and out of due to leg injury. Mike Flynn also made transaction go smoothly. I would have given 4.5 stars if .5 star was option. Had to wait longer than anticipated to pass certification process due to part that had to be ordered. On the plus side, I knew the car was being handled properly. More
