We got a 2016 CRV EX-L and have really loved it. 2017 came out with the new models and after looking into them and checking them out with the help of Ken Knoblaugh we decided to upgrade to a 2018 Touring. Everyone we have delt with have all been very nice and helpful. Cody Gilmore was my Finance Manager and was very nice and accommodating. He and Ken both stayed late to get me done that day as I could not come back the next day. The wife picked up our new CRV the next day and we Love it. This will not be our last Honda. More

We also felt mislead as the sticker price that was posted online was not the certified price of the pre-owned vehicle. There was very little room for negotiation of price if we wanted the vehicle to be a certified pre-own vehicle. We had limited time to look for vehicles. If we wouldn't have been on a timeline, we would have taken our business elsewhere. Our salesman's co-worker/boss was very friendly. The gentleman that did our financing was friendly and efficient.
