Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! I bought my vehicle there to be serviced and when I got it back none of my windows worked. I notified Melissa that my windows did work and she basically told me I was lying. to be serviced and when I got it back none of my windows worked. I notified Melissa that my windows did work and she basically told me I was lying. Then she told me that the part that I needed for my vehicle was obsolete. That they don't even make them anymore. I immediately went on the internet to the Ford Parts website and they had the part she claimed was obsolete. They did not fix my sunroof either. I paid Sutton Ford to replace my electrical system prior to this and they tore my rearview mirror down and they didn't put it back right as well. I paid nearly 900$ for a service this time and I received my vehicle back in worse shape than when I bought it to them. I'm seeking legal counsel because I was ripped off. I will tell everyone I know that this dealership is the WORST! I have a litany of family members, friends, and acquaintances that will be finding another automobile dealer! More
